David joined Laramie I at its inception, serving initially as its Controller before shifting to an operations role. In Laramie II, David manages the procurement, budgeting, and accounting of the Company's capital expenditure program, as well as filling a project management and operations analysis role. He has over 25 years of accounting and information systems experience in the oil and gas industry. David started his career with Arthur Andersen in New Orleans and was subsequently recruited by Louisiana Land & Exploration to be Accounting Manager of its Denver office. In 1983, David joined Aberdeen Petroleum in Denver as VP Finance. In 1993, David joined Paradigm Technologies, now part of P2ES, a leading vertical software company servicing the oil and gas industry. David joined Transmontaigne in 1998 as its Vice President of Information Services. In 2000, David was hired as an Account Executive by SAP, the world's largest inter-enterprise software company, where he was responsible for major oil company accounts.
David graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Mississippi. He attained his C.P.A. certification in 1978.
