Pat assists our Controller to manage all aspects of Laramie's financial and operational accounting matters. She supervises the team of contract consultants provided by Laramie's accounting process firm, Petroleum Financial Inc.
Pat has over 30 years of financial and operations accounting experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Laramie I in 2005, Pat had a 25 year career with Denver-based Forest Oil Corporation where she was Director of Operations Accounting from 1991 to 2005. Pat managed a 40-person staff with responsibility for joint interest, revenue, acquisition and divestiture accounting as well as financial reporting support and analysis. Previously, Pat was Assistant Controller - Financial Reporting with Forest Oil. She began her career with Chevron USA in 1974 in its refining and marketing division and joined Forest Oil in 1979.
Pat graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Business Administration.
